TMA recipients DO NOT have to cooperate in the pursuit of medical support nor in the establishment of paternity because TMA is a time-limited medical coverage.
Since all TMA recipients, were required to cooperate while on MAF, DCSE may send a notice of non-cooperation on a TMA recipient. If this occurs notify DCSE that the recipient is now on TMA and is not required to cooperate. Do not apply any medical support sanctions to TMA recipients.
