The IM-1UA (NCP) is used to gather the additional information needed to determine the NCP’s eligibility for MC+. Use the IM-1UA (NCP) along with an IM-1UA when taking an application for MC+ for NCPs.
NOTE: If the situation arises that the NCP is also a custodial parent, determine eligibility as a custodial parent first.
