If a pre-closing review is completed, and the participant is determined ineligible for MO HealthNet (MHN) based on all factors, including new factors reported by the participant such as pregnancy, disability, blindness, or change in income, close the MHN case.
Send the participant an adverse action notice that includes the reason for the loss of eligibility, the denial reason for other categories explored, the date that the case will close, and hearing rights. After the adverse action expires, close the case and send the participant an action notice.
