Households must report accurate and timely changes. During their 12 month Continuous Eligibility period, children can move to a better level of care (LOC) but cannot move to a lesser LOC until the 12 month certification period has ended and a renewal has been completed. Changes for household members age 19 or older in the household must be acted on. When there is a change in the household’s LOC, an Action Notice is sent to notify the household of the effect of the change.  Refer to 1805.070.00 Continuous Eligibility for Children (CEC).
