Enter the date the mid-certification review (MCR) form is received by the agency on the Review Audit Detail screen in the eligibility system. Complete the SNAP MCR flow and update eligibility factors with all reported changes. Generate a request for information form for missing or incomplete information needed to complete the required review factors. Provide 10 calendar days to complete and return the information. If the household is does not provide the needed information, an adverse action is sent to the household notifying them that their case will be closed for failure to cooperate.
