When a change is discovered or reported at a mid-certification review, within 10 calendar days, the agency should:
- enter the changed information in the eligibility system and record comments on the appropriate screens;
- complete an eligibility determination; and
- request or obtain verification, if required.
If verification is not required, authorize the actions. The eligibility system notifies the household if benefits remain the same, benefits increase, or informs the household of an adverse action.
