On July 28, 2010, Missouri’s request for a section 1115 demonstration project, entitled Gateway to Better Health, was approved for the period of July 1, 2012-December 31, 2013. Program extensions were approved each year from 2013-2017. The most recent program extension was approved through December 31, 2022. This demonstration project provides financial support to specified St. Louis Health Centers.
