After the hearing is adjourned, the Hearing Officer will:
- Impartially examine facts and evidence presented during the hearing.
- Decide if the FSD action or decision agrees with FSD policy, procedures, and State laws.
- Prepare the decision and order.
- Notify the participants of the hearing decision and the appeal process.
