The Administrative Terminal is eFunds’ system that shows case and card information about FSD participants. The Administrative Terminal is used by FSD staff to:
- obtain EBT card and PIN status
- obtain information on benefit status
- cancel and reissue the EBT card
- verify a participant has used benefits
