The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) will provide a listing to the FSD MO HealthNet Spend Down unit of active Non-Medical Eligible (NME) Consumer Directed Services (CDS) participants, and a copy of the participant’s care plan. The listing will include the name of the participant, the provider’s name, the participant’s DCN, and the CDS units DHSS has authorized. The DSDS will notify FSD of any changes in participants, including the addition of new participants, or the termination of a participant’s eligibility.
Each year when DHSS completes the annual review of eligibility, DSDS will send a current copy of the care plan, including any change in the participant’s authorized units of NME CDS. If the participant is eligible for a change in units, DSDS will notify the MO HealthNet Spend Down Unit.
