The purpose of the Personal Care Program is to provide eligible MO HealthNet participants with personal care in their homes, to prevent or delay institutionalization. Personal Care services are a covered MO HealthNet service. Refer to the MO HealthNet Providers Manual for the scope of services covered by the Personal Care Program.
The program requires the joint efforts of the Family Support Division, the MO HealthNet Division and the Division of Senior and Disability Services.
