Applications for MA are to be processed without delay unless there are unusual or extreme circumstances. Complete the eligibility determination so that an applicant will receive notification of eligibility or a notice of ineligibility within 45 days from date of request if based on OAA or within 90 days if PTD or AB criteria are used.
