Claimants receiving the following benefits are ineligible for Supplemental Aid to the Blind:
- Supplemental Nursing Care (SNC)
- Temporary Assistance (TA)
- The claimant may be included as a payee only on a TA case
- General Relief (GR)
- Blind Pension (BP)
- Vendor Payment – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
