If a participant age 22 to 65 leaves the Nursing Facility (NF) or Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) and enters the State Hospital, refer to 0815.060.00 Applicants or Participants Between the Ages of 21 and 65 in State Mental Hospital.
