To qualify for MO HealthNet based on Section 1619b status, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- approved for 1619b status by the Social Security Administration (SSA)
- fall below the 1619b resource maximum
- received MO HealthNet in the month prior to being approved for 1619b status by SSA
