At least weekly, local staff must reconcile the Voter Registration Cards with what is in ITrackRS to ensure that the number of voter registration application/declination forms is equal to (or greater than) the total number of applications for benefits, reviews, changes of address, or individuals who wished only to register to vote. This information must be reported to the local NVRA Coordinator. These will be reported via ITrackRS.
NOTE: The number of voter registration application/declination forms may be larger than the number of applications if voter registration application forms are received in the mail or if multiple members of a household complete voter registration applications.
