If the TMA recipient is found eligible for another category as a result of the pre-closing review, switch the children to MC+ for Children, if eligible, and approve the other case the same date effective with the first of the following month.
Use the IM-32 to notify the client of approval for MA. Use the IM-33MCC to notify the client of approval for MC+ for Pregnant Women and include information about the ending date of postpartum coverage. Each notice should include a statement that eligibility is no longer established under TMA and the reason.
