Families are notified via 30 Day Notice of Expiration when a provider’s registration and/or health and safety certification period is due to expire. If the provider’s registration and/or health and safety certification is not renewed prior to the expiration date, all child authorizations to this provider will be closed by the system.
Refer the families to the local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency for provider availability.
