Certain children on a waiting list will have priority for child care provider authorization. The priority list, in order, is as follows:
- Children classified as homeless;
- Children whose parents participate in Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) or any other federally funded training program;
- Children with special needs;
- EU under 100% of the Federally Poverty Level;
- EU over 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
