An eligibility unit may report changes that are not required to be reported or changes may become known to the agency by other means. The eligibility specialist will disregard all known changes that are not required to be reported unless the benefit will be increased or until the eligibility unit reapplies for Child Care Subsidy.
Even though a change will not affect a Child Care Subsidy case, record all information in the system when received. Refer to the FAMIS Resources.
