NUMBER OF COPIES AND DISPOSITION: One copy is sent to the EU with the FS-1 (English) and the system generated Notice of Expiration (NOE). The Spanish translation is provided by the county office upon request and when the Spanish FS-1 Food Stamp application is completed.
If an individual wishes to download the IM-31F from the Internet, instruct the individual to go to https://mydss.mo.gov/food-assistance. Both the English and Spanish translations are on the website.
