Non-Temporary Assistance households may be authorized based on the need components and time limits as listed in Subsection 1210.020.15.

The participant must make satisfactory progress if engaged in an educational component and be able to document this progress. Satisfactory progress for students is defined in Subsection 1210.020.15.20.

For individuals in training, Adult Education and Literacy (AEL), General Education Development (GED), and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, satisfactory progress is determined by the training program. Request hard copy documentation from the program to verify satisfactory progress in any educational component.
