Individuals that cooperate with the drug screening do not lose their Temporary Assistance (TA) benefits. Cooperation includes answering all questions administered by a Family Support Division (FSD) employee for drug screening.

NOTE: If an individual answers Decline to Declare on TADRUG, the individual has not cooperated with the drug screening.

Individuals refusing to cooperate in the drug screening process are not eligible to receive TA benefits.
