Transportation reimbursement to a recipient is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
The contractor must maintain TRE payment records which includes at a minimum:
- Name, DCN, and Social Security number of the person receiving TRE,
- Date of payment,
- Amount of payment, and
- Method of payment (i.e.: gas card, bus token, check, etc.).
