DISCUSSION:
Food stamp reinvestment activities ended June 30, 2001.  Any expenditures for reinvestment activities (reporting category F945) such as reimbursement for travel costs to attend training must be submitted to Division of Budget and Finance no later than August 31, 2001.  At that time, the reporting category will be removed from SAMS II.  This code was specific to food stamp reinvestment activities that occurred from July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2001.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • Submit Expense Reports to DBF by 8/31/01.
  • Discontinue use of reporting category F945 8/31/01.
