All food stamp disqualifications now have an assigned code.  Use the applicable code when entering new disqualifications or sanctions.  On cases that currently have the "D" code in field 26, change to a valid disqualification code at the next budget adjustment or certification.

If "D" is entered into field 26 on the individual update screen, "Errors Highlighted" will appear at the bottom of the screen.  This screen will not pass edits until a valid disqualification code is entered.  If "D" code is currently in field 26 of an active case, no other field on the individual update screen can be changed until field 26 is updated with a valid disqualification code.

On the FSU5 Code Sheet under FIELD 26-DISQUALIFIED HH MEMBER, mark out "D - Other".  The FSU5 Code Sheet is being revised and will be distributed upon completion.
