NOTIFICATION OF SPENDDOWN TO NON-SPENDDOWN CHANGE
 
DISCUSSION:
On September 26, 2002, a letter was mailed to individuals that were changed from Spenddown to Non-Spenddown based on increase in the single person income limit to $591.00 for Medical Assistance. This change is effective October 1, 2002.

A listing of cases affected by this change was previously mailed to county offices.
