NEW EBT ADMINISTRATIVE TERMINAL
DISCUSSION:
In preparation for our new EBT contract effective February 2003, there is a new system to access information about participant's EBT account.  The new Administrative Terminal will replace the current MOP system. 

If the new EBT Administrative Terminal has not been installed on your computer, it will be installed in the near future.  The new Administrative Terminal is simple to access and easy to use. 

Area offices will provide training on use of the new EBT Administrative Terminal.  Please contact your area office if you need further information or have questions.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
