EBT MANUAL GENERAL INFO SECTION 0150.000.00
DISCUSSION:
The Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) section of the manual is now available on the Intranet.  To access the EBT manual:
  • From the DSS Intranet page, click on IM Policy Manual;

    •  
  • Click on General Info in the box at the top; and

    •  
  • Click on EBT manual.
A hard copy of the EBT manual is not being sent to county office staff.  A new contract for EBT services is effective February 1, 2003, and the EBT manual will be revised at that time to reflect contract changes.  A hard copy of the EBT manual will be printed and distributed to county offices upon revision.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
