DELETING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE SYSTEM
DISCUSSION:
Currently there are many authorized representatives in the system who were never issued an EBT card because no photo or photo exemption was entered in EBTU/FAMIS.  When the changes are made to the system to remove the photo requirement for EBT, these authorized representatives will automatically be deleted from the system. 

No action is required by staff in this process.  However, if a participant needs an authorized representative, the authorized representative information will have to be re-entered in EBTU/FAMIS.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Re-enter authorized representative information for participants as necessary.
