| FEXP ERROR MESSAGE |
| DISCUSSION: |
| County staff were receiving an error message
that the county is converted to FAMIS when entering an FEXP even though
the county is not a FAMIS county and the individual is not known to FAMIS.
This message appeared when the county number was entered in error or only
the county number and no other data was entered on the FEXP screen before
pressing enter. The error message is corrected. The new message
is "Invalid Data."
Once the error message is received, clear the screen and reenter the FEXP. To prevent receiving the message, enter all the data required on the screen before pressing enter. If the county number is entered in error, clear the screen and reenter the FEXP data. All food stamp applications must be entered in FAPC. Do not use any other application such as MAPC or PROD to enter food stamp applications. |
