DISCUSSION:
Effective immediately, form IM-102B, Food Stamp Worksheet and instructions are obsolete.  The information on this form is provided to the food stamp households on other Income Maintenance and food stamp forms.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Remove form IM-102B and instructions from the IM Forms Manual.
