CLOSING NOTICES RELATED TO HOUSE BILL 1111 AND REVISED EX-PARTE NOTICES
FORMS REVISION # 21: IM-33MCC (S1, S3, S5, S6, S7, S8)  IM-80PRE (S1, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8)
 
DISCUSSION:
The following notices (see attached) have been produced for cases or individuals closing during the weekend of June 29, 2002 as a result of Missouri House Bill 1111 referenced in memorandums IM-65 dated 06/04/02, IM-70 dated 06/14/02, and IM-71 06/14/02.
  • Parents losing eligibility for MAF because of income reduction;
  • NCP/PFS closing notice as the program has been eliminated; 
  • EWHS closing notice as 12 months of eligibility has been exhausted;
  • ETMA closing notice as 12 months of eligibility has been exhausted; and
  • ETMA closing notice as income is in excess of 100% of the FPL.
These notices will be dated July 2, 2002 and will allow recipients 90 days from the date of the notice to appeal.  Copies of the letters will be sent to the county offices.  Normal hearing procedures apply.

The systems generated pre-closing review and ex-parte letters for EWHS and ETMA have been revised to reflect changes effective July 1, 2002 referenced in memorandums IM-70 dated 06/14/02 and IM-71 dated 06/14/02.

The IM-33MCC (S2) and IM-80PRE (S2) are now obsolete since the MC+ programs for Non-Custodial Parents and Parents Fair Share participants has been eliminated.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • File the revised forms in the Forms Manual.
