DISCUSSION:
The IM-31B form, Your Rights as a Food Stamp Applicant/ Participant is revised.  The revision includes updating Division of Family Services to Family Support Division, and removing the reference to the Division of Child Support Enforcement.  The forms instructions are not revised.

Use the current form to depletion.  Follow normal channels for ordering the revised form.
