CHANGE TO FIELD 13J IMU5 SYSTEM
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 23, 2003, Field 13J (OASDI), in the individual update area of IMU5, will require an entry on all B, F, M, and N type of assistance cases.  Failure to input an entry will result in the on-line error message I03: error highlighted and ???? ?? in Field 13J.

Staff should enter the claimant's current gross Social Security income amount when making an entry in this Field.  If claimant has no Social Security income enter 0000.00.

The reason for this decision is to reduce the number of errors during the annual cost of living and Federal Poverty Level Adjustments.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Share this memorandum with all staff as soon as possible.
  • Enter current Social Security gross income amount in Field 13J of the IMU5 system.
