DISCUSSION:
Effective immediately, Form IM-153, Fair Hearings in the Food Stamp Program and instructions are obsolete.  Please remove the form and instructions from the IM Forms Manual.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Remove form IM-153 and instructions from the IM Forms Manual.
