MC+ OUTREACH MATERIAL
DISCUSSION:
The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) has exhausted its supply of MC+ outreach materials produced from funding provided through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Covering Kids and Families (CKF) grant.  Missouri Primary Care Association has replaced the DSS as the lead organization for the CKF grant.  Although they are doing some outreach, outreach materials such as pens, magnets, frisbees, etc., are not available.  Additionally, DFS attendance as exhibitors at events will be impossible.

Lane DePrima of the Missouri Primary Care Association is the main contact person for the CKF grant.  She may be reached at phone number 573-636-2236 and at email ldeprima@mo-pca.org for information regarding outreach activities.

The Missouri Primary Care Association has produced a new MC+ for Kids flyer titled "Make Sure You Cover All Your Child's Back-to-School Needs".  PDF files for the color and grayscale flyers are attached to this memorandum.  Print copies for posting within the county office.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • Post a copy of the flyer in the county office.
