As part of our Food Stamp Program reinvestment activities, FSD has entered into an agreement with “The Rushmore Group” to do a supervisor study. Information from the study will help us share best practices and better support supervisors in their job function. Several staff, caseworkers and supervisors, received surveys in the mail. The surveys were mailed to home addresses. Information collected in the surveys is confidential. If you received a survey, please complete it and return it as directed.
