DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual section regarding the categorical eligibility status for EUs who have a member disqualified for an intentional program violation is revised. An EU with a member who is disqualified for an intentional program violation cannot be categorically eligible.
FAMIS correctly applies this policy. The manual section was previously written incorrectly and is now revised to show the correct policy.
