DISREGARDED FOOD STAMP ACTION REPORT ADDED TO MANAGED REPORTS
DISCUSSION:
Effective June 20, 2005, the Disregarded Food Stamp Action Report for Management Staff and Caseworkers is added to Managed Reporting. This report allows Management Staff to view all cases that had a disregarded action authorized and allows caseworkers to view all disregarded actions that they completed in the selected report month.
This report provides information for all disregarded actions processed in FAMIS for Food Stamps.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for State Office staff: State Office staff can view the actions for a select month, county, supervisor, and worker.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for Field Liaison: The field Liaison can view the actions for a select month, county, and worker in the region.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for County Managers: County Managers can view the actions for a select month, supervisor, and worker in their county.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for Manager Level staff: Managers can view the actions for a select month, supervisor, and worker in their supervisory unit.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for Supervisor staff: Supervisors can view the actions for a select month and workers in their county.
- Disregarded Food Stamp Actions for Caseworkers: Caseworkers can view all of the actions they have completed for a select month.
