DISCUSSION:
Form PC-1, Presumptive Eligibility Determination, is revised to include the updated income standards for Presumptive Eligibility (PE). Destroy/Recycle all copies of the form and begin using the PC-1 with a revision date of 12/05.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Destroy/recycle any copies of the PC-1 with a revision date prior to 12/05.
