REVISION TO MC+ FOR KIDS PREMIUM GROUP - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DISCUSSION:
The Division of Medical Services has REVISED question #13 of the MC+ for Kids Premium Group-Frequently Asked Questions 
provided in Memorandum IM-#13 dated 01/27/06. The revision states that children with special healthcare needs, who are in a household with income above 225% of the FPL, are subject to the six-month waiting period for non-payment of premiums.
Please destroy all copies of the “MC+ for Kids Premium Group-Frequently Asked Questions” attached to Memorandum IM-#13 and use the attached revision for future reference.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Destroy copies of Memorandum IM-#13, dated 01/27/06, MC+ for Kids Premium Group-Frequently Asked Questions.
- Use the revised attachment for future reference.
