, Action Taken on Your Food Stamp Case and instructions are revised to remove references of Caseworker to Eligibility Specialist. The IM-112 form is not being printed and is available on the Intranet for online use. Destroy/recycle all versions of the IM-112 with a revision date prior to 05/06.
