SUBJECT:

REMOVAL OF WORK REDUCTION QUESTION FROM TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE CONTROLLED FLOW

DISCUSSION:

The work reduction question, “Has anyone in your household age 16 to 60 reduced hours worked in the last 60 days?” on the Job Quit/Work Reduction Screen (FMMT) has been removed from the Temporary Assistance control flow. This question pertains to Food Stamp policy and as such, it has been removed from the Temporary Assistance control flow. This question continues to display for Food Stamp only and combination applications that include Food Stamps. The job quit question, “Has anyone in your household age 16 to 60 quit a job in the last 60 days” remains for the Temporary Assistance control flow, as this is an eligibility factor for two-parent families at application.
