NEW MIGRATION DATE FOR FAMILY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (FAM) MOVE TO FAMIS AND CHANGE IN BACKOUT PLAN
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to inform staff that the schedule for implementing Family Medical Assistance (FAM) in FAMIS has changed. Family Medical Assistance (FAM) will be migrated to FAPC on November 13, 2006, instead of November 6, 2006, as originally announced in Memorandum IM-95 dated October 17, 2006. The first pilot, Howell County, will begin taking applications on November 27, 2006.
The backout plan announced in Memorandum IM-98 dated October 17, 2006, is also changed. Staff must make screen prints as explained in Memorandum IM-98 on Monday, November 13, 2006, and Tuesday, November 14, 2006, instead of the dates announced previously. Refer to Memorandum IM-98 for instructions regarding copying and maintaining screen prints.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
- Review memorandum IM-98 for backout plan information.
- Make screen prints on Monday, November 13, 2006, and Tuesday, November 14, 2006.
