DISCUSSION:

The HCB policy manual has been added to the Intranet as Section 0820.000.00. The new sections of the manual include policy changes implemented by memorandums.

NECESSARY ACTION:

• Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
• Use the on-line Section 0820.000.00 as the official policy for HCB.
