| SUBJECT: | FOOD STAMP INCOME ELIGIBILITY LIMITS |
DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual, Income Eligibility Limits section is revised to add procedures and FAMIS processes. New sections are added to the Income Eligibility Limits section. The new sections added to the Income Eligibility Limits section are:
- EUs Subject to 100% of Federal Income Poverty (Net Income) guidelines Only,
- EUs Subject to Both 130% (Gross Income) and 100% (Net Income) of Federal Income Poverty Guideline, and
- Categorically Eligible EUs.
This is not new policy, but is current policy in a new format, with processes and procedures added.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
