DISCUSSION:
Missouri’s Secretary of State’s office has recently clarified that Family Support Division Offices are to use Missouri Voter Registration Application forms that have a revision date of January 2006 or later. Destroy any forms dated prior to January 2006. Missouri Voter Registration Application forms may be ordered from the Department of Social Services warehouse, or if in immediate need, ordered by e-mailing Bob Hall at Robert.J.Hall@dss.mo.gov.
The web site for the National Mail Voter Registration form is now available on the United States Election Assistance Commission web site, located at http://www.eac.gov/files/voter/nvra-update-09-12-06.pdf 
. This form is used for individuals requesting voter registration assistance who are from another state and are planning to return to that state. It is a requirement that voter registration be offered to these individuals as outlined in the Income Maintenance General Information Manual Section 0105.026.05.15.
Refer to the Income Maintenance General Information Manual Sections 0105.026.00 through 0105.026.20 for information regarding voter registration requirements.
