| SUBJECT: | 2008 MILEAGE RATE INCREASE |
DISCUSSION:
Effective July 1, 2008, the new state mileage rate increases to 47.5 cents per mile. Use this rate when calculating the participant mileage expenses for the Food Stamp Program and all IM programs, as applicable, beginning with July 2008 budgets. Programming is completed in FAMIS to budget the correct mileage rate.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
- Begin using the new mileage rate July 1, 2008.
