DISCUSSION:
Memorandum IM #59 dated August 5, 2009, introduced the Benefit Payment History Report's availability to all domains in Managed Reporting for Temporary Assistance (TA) and Food Stamp (FS) payments.
Effective September 19, 2011, the payment history for MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (MHABD) programs is available on the Benefit Payment History Report to all domains in Managed Reporting. This report provides information for TA, FS, and MHABD payments issued from the date the Eligibility Unit (EU) first received benefits in FAMIS through the last day of the month prior to running the report.
IPAY continues to display issuance information for payments issued in Legacy.
